This unique whiskey barrel wall hanging features two (2) metal Aspen tree pieces fixed to a reclaimed whiskey barrel head/lid. One of the metal pieces has been rusted while the other was painted a hammered black. This gives the effect of the aspen trees having a shadow. The wood stain pictured is a dark walnut. The piece is definitely unique, rustic and has a cabin feel.
The head is glued, re-enforced, sanded and stained. We attach a metal band from a whiskey barrel around the barrel head to give it that extra rustic character. The band is lightly buffed to take out the dirt/rust. (Please note: each metal piece rusts differently, but we do our best to keep it as close to the pictured item as possible.)
